Martijn Mauritz
I have been building software since I was a kid - I started programming in primary school and made it my career from 2010 onwards. For more than a decade my world was structure, logic, and clean workflows - the instincts of an engineer who wants systems to make sense and stay out of the way.
In 2019 I came into contact with NLP and coaching, and it changed the direction of my work. I trained, and today I practise as a Master NLP Coach and Neuroencoding Elite Coach, certified by Joseph McClendon III.
Those two worlds are the reason Exantur exists. As a coach I ran into the same chaos every coach knows: notes in one place, client goals in another, follow-ups living in my head. The engineer in me could not leave it alone, so I built the calm, organized workspace I wished I had had.
Everything I put my name to for Exantur comes from that double perspective: someone who does the coaching work and someone who builds the tools around it.
Credentials
- Master NLP Coach
- Neuroencoding Elite Coach, certified by Joseph McClendon III
- Coding since primary school; working in software since 2010; coaching since 2019
- Founder of Exantur (2026), coaching practice management software
What I coach
I work with people on life direction and lasting inner change, drawing on NLP and neuroencoding.
- Life coaching - helping people find clarity and move toward what they actually want.
- Neuroencoding - working at the level of patterns to make change that lasts, not just resolutions that fade.
- NLP coaching - practical tools for how people think, respond, and talk to themselves.
Where Exantur comes from
Exantur is not built from a distance. Its structure comes from problems I hit in my own coaching practice: notes scattered across tools, client goals in the wrong place, follow-ups I had to hold in my head. That practitioner perspective is what I bring to every decision about the product and the resources around it.
