The scorecard looks at four qualities that separate notes you can build on from notes that quietly slow you down. Structure asks whether each session follows a consistent shape, so a note written months ago still reads clearly today. Searchability asks whether you can find a past theme, agreement or action in seconds rather than scrolling through loose pages. Linkage asks whether notes connect to the right client, goal and session history instead of sitting in isolation. Security asks whether sensitive reflections are held with the care a coaching relationship deserves.
